With over 25 years in practice in West Ashley, WellnessPlus is the premier Charleston chiropractic care center, and we have treated thousands of patients. Our clients walk through the door with chronic pain and receive customized chiropractic treatment that gives them healthy, pain-free lives.
The mission of WellnessPlus is to help patients reach their ultimate potential by improving health through natural healthcare. We change lives by reducing and eliminating headaches, neck pain, and back pain in people who thought their discomfort was normal and untreatable.
We are forever grateful to our patients for allowing us to take care of them. None of this healing would be possible without the dedication and commitment of each member of our team. Please take a moment to get to know us.
Dr. Fantino’s passion for helping people and living a healthy lifestyle led her to the field of chiropractic. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Dr. Fantino is a member of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
The cornerstone of Dr. Fantino’s practice, and her passion, is nurturing personal relationships with her patients. “I get to know them. I learn about their families, what they like to do in their free time, and their careers. I look at the big picture, and a person’s personal life can and should be incorporated into their care,” says Dr. Fantino.
In her free time, Dr. Fantino enjoys gardening, going to movies and to restaurants, and reading. She loves spending time with family and friends—especially her 3-year-old granddaughter.
“Chiropractic care is a science, art, and philosophy of all things natural. Showing patients how to be proactive and engaged in their own healthcare helps them see the value in taking care of themselves. Wellness begins with you,” says Dr. Fantino.
